Delivery Information

Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday.

UK DELIVERY

Local Delivery/Collection– FREE local delivery to postcodes W3, W4, W5, W7, UB2, TW5 and TW7 (1-3 days). Alternatively I can arrange for you to collect your order.

Standard Delivery – £1.55 untracked delivery through Royal Mail (2-3 working days). FREE delivery for orders £30 or over.

Express Delivery – £2.10 untracked delivery through Royal Mail (1-2 working days).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery is available on request. Please get in touch using the form on the Contact page or email me at hello@studionerg.co.uk.

Returns Policy

I hope you’re happy with your Studio Nerg purchase, but if you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return some items to me within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURNS

When making a return please be aware of the following:

  • Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. I reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items, personalised items and custom orders cannot be refunded.
  • For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings cannot be returned.

Please email me at hello@studionerg.co.uk with the subject heading ‘RETURNS’. Include a photo of the item and reason why you are returning it. If the item is faulty, please detail the problem. You will get a confirmation email with the postage guidelines once the return request is approved.

You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. If there is a fault with your purchase, shipping charges will be refunded. You must obtain proof of posting.

Once the item is received, your refund will be processed and you will be informed of when you can expect it.

EXCHANGES

If your item is faulty and you would like to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at hello@studionerg.co.uk with the subject heading ‘EXCHANGE’ within 14 days. As each item is handmade in limited quantities I cannot guarantee an exchange will be possible. In this situation, you will have the option for a refund or the possiblity to exchange for another product.
